PIZZA OVEN
For the expo event on the Humperdincklaan during the DDW I built together with Tiemen a pizza oven. We re-used an old oil barrel and made the two sides fit in each other with a space in between to fill up with ceramic wool to isolate. Inside the metal structure there are ceramic stones where pizza’s are baked on. You fire up the wood in the back, so the heat air flows through the whole length of the oven heating up all the pizza’s and leaving the oven through the pipe.
